Access Email from Any Computer with Internet…
- Using the Internet (any browser will do), go to webmail.wcsd.org
- Enter your User ID and Password and LOG IN!
Add a Signature…
- Click on OPTIONS
- Click on SEE ALL OPTIONS
- Click on SETTINGS
- Make your signature!
Keep Conversations/Topics Together Within Email (like Gmail)…
- Click on the DOWN ARROW next to where you see ARRANGE BY DATE
- Check the box for CONVERSATION
How much Email Space are You Using…
- Make sure you are logged in
- “Mouse Over” YOUR NAME (put your mouse literally on the letters of your name) above where you see INBOX
Access KALPA…
- Using any Browser, go to kalpapdms.com
- Enter DISTRICT ID: 63290
- Enter ID
- Enter Password
How Many Hours Do I Have…
- Click on Professional Development Plan
- To view Previous Years’ hours… Click on the DOWN ARROW next to the current school year viewing
- Click on the school year you’d like to view
What Did I Sign Up for…
- List View – Click on MY PD PLAN
- Calendar View – Click on MY PD SCHEDULE
Register for “KALPA Hours”…
- Click on REGISTRATION
- View/Sort opportunities in various ways by Clicking on the Column Header (i.e. Course Name, Location, Date, etc.)
Change Status of Course…
- Click on the Pencil (left side) for the selected Course
- Change the Status
- Choose where you’d like to earn credit (Curriculum Hours, PLC, Other)
- Click on the green checkmark when done
Create an Absence
- On the left side of the screen, click on CREATE AN ABSENCE
- Choose the Start Date and the End Date
- Choose your Absence Reason
- Choose whether or not a Sub is required
- Choose the Absence Type
- Choose your Start Time and End Time (this is automatically determined – not receommended to change)
